The rodeo/hosting event agrees to supply the following:
- Airline travel fee (where applicable); host committee to book flights; where airline travel is required; appearance fee will be waived;
- $150 appearance fee per day;
- Provide appropriate accommodations for Miss Rodeo Canada;
- A safe and suitable horse(s);
- Provide meals and cover expenses while attending your event
- If applicable, meal, parking, shuttle &/or taxi receipts will be submitted to your committee for payment following her/their appearance.
* The Miss Rodeo Canada Board of Directors will make every effort to provide the Queen for each Appearance Request, however first priority will be given to Canadian Professional Rodeos; however, every attempt will be made to accommodate as many community requests as possible.

Accommodation information
Your application will be processed in the order in which it was received. However, Canadian Professional Rodeo Association sanctioned rodeos have precedence over any other rodeos or non rodeo related event. E-mail your completed request along with your proposed itinerary of events and any additional information that would assist Miss Rodeo Canada in her preparation for your event. The Miss Rodeo Canada Board of Directors reserves the right to cancel a requested event due to weather, safety concerns or Miss Rodeo Canada protocol.
